We don't start with a form, but with a conversation. We listen before we act - to understand your requirements, your team, and your values. Because only when we know who you are can we find the people who are right for you.

We personally check every nurse, therapist, or doctor:

• Training and work certificates
• Certificates and proof of recognition

This is how we ensure that every nurse, therapist, or doctor we introduce to you is not only professionally suited to your facility, but also a good fit on a personal level.
3. Personal introduction
We do not present you with anonymous profiles. Each nurse, therapist, or doctor is presented individually - with their motivation, qualifications, and personality. If you wish, we can organize a personal or digital meeting so that you can see for yourself who fits into your team.
4. Transparent processes
You can see where we are in the process at any time. From the initial inquiry to the signing of the contract, everything is transparent, clear, and fair. Our fees are success-based - you only pay once the nurse, therapist, or doctor actually starts working.
5. Support & Stability
Even after placement, we remain at your side. We accompany the induction process, listen if something isn't right, and ensure that nursing staff, therapists, or doctors stay, rather than just “coming.”
